On Tuesday, the government agreed with NDP MLAs that repealing the Woodworkers Lien Act – part of Bill 21 – would leave workers vulnerable if companies go bankrupt. The government MLAs joined with New Democrats to vote against the section of the bill, and left the WLA intact.
